NDP leader Andrea Horwath says watch for her party’s full platform early this year.
Horwath says she’s been talking about what her party would do if they win this June’s election all last year, but wants to fine tune the document before an official release.
Horwath says Ontarians will see their full platform well before the PCs explain the $6.1 billion in cuts identified in theirs.
Horwath says halting the privatization and cuts of government services will be one of their focuses.
“The last thing we need in Ontario is a party in government that’s going to simply do more of what they did when they were in office the last time around,” she argues, “Or more of what the Liberals have been doing, which is cutting our precious public services.”
Horwath also expects to have a full slate of candidates in place by June, including a new candidate to run Kenora-Rainy River riding. (File Photo)
