Anti-smoking crusaders and communities across northwestern Ontario are being honoured as champions in the health field.
They were recognized at a ceremony in Thunder Bay today.
The cities of Thunder Bay and Kenora along with the town of Fort Frances were recognized for making laws that advocate a smoke free environment.
There were over 20 awards handed out.
