The trial of a Thunder Bay man facing weapons charges is being pushed back.
The case was slated to be heard today and tomorrow.
James Murray Hinter was charged last year, after police seized over 20 firearms and a large quantity of ammunition in 2012 from a North Edward Street apartment, allegedly belonging to the former tenant.
The Justice agreed to allow Hinter, who has self-represented himself thus far, more time to seek legal advice. Hinter’s first court date was in May of last year.
The trial is now set for December 9 and 10. (File photo)
