The leader of the provincial NDP believes the Ford government is setting up the people of the province for budget cuts.
Speaking in Thunder Bay today, Andrea Horwath claimed the announcement of a $15 billion deficit, inherited from the Liberals, is just an excuse for massive cuts to health and education.
Horwarth believes the whole exercise by the government was just a shell game.
