A movie company has set up its trailer at the Intercity Shopping Centre, looking for Indigenous youth interested in exploring a film career.
Outreach worker Thomas Simon says the Wapikoni trailer wants to give them a way to explore their creativity.
“Sometimes communities are far away from urban centres. and its hard for youth to get a hold of the kind of equipment we move around with on the trailer.”
Simon adds the average movie length is about five minutes, with a wide range of topics covered. (File photo)
