The RCMP is continuing an eight-year Christmas tradition of sending toys to children in remote areas of northwestern Ontario.
They call it “Toys for the North.”
Spokesperson Corporal Louise Savard says they have been collecting them for the last month and hope to get them shipped out by December 7th.
She tells us you can donate a gift locally at the North Star Air office on Walsh Street until Saturday.
