With cannabis legalization now upon us, there are still many unanswered questions, especially for the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce.
President Charla Robinson tells us those include, what the employer’s responsibilities and rights are regarding safety within their workplace, and what kind of process will be in place to determine if a person is impaired at work.
Robinson indicates the chamber is telling businesses to take advantage of services they provide on the issue like website seminars.
The chamber president explains the issue is “in flux” suggesting there are “still a lot of tools to be developed” calling it “a learning time.”
