A Thunder Bay man was recently sentenced to 13 months in jail in relation to a October 2017 assault at the Limbrick Street Complex.
Sheldon Dennis Oombash also received some credit for the time he spent behind bars prior to his trial.
He faces a weapons prohibition and will be under probation for two years.
Oombash was charged with aggravated assault in relation to an incident involving an injured 23 year old man.
His co-accused Daniel Simon Shawinimash and Kimberly Trout will be in court
September 18th. Shawinimash faces aggravated assault and robbery while Trout faces a single count of robbery.
