You can help out a good cause and eat some chili.
As part of the City’s Snow Day festivities Monday, the Regional Food Distribution Association is helping run the annual Chili Cook Off.
It runs from 12 to 4 o’clock.
Organizer Kelsey Agnew says there will be a mix of new and old contestants, including Peppered Bear, ExCuria, and In Common.
In the past, this event raised $4,000 for the RFDA and Agnew says if they get anywhere close to that she’ll be over the moon.
Agnew says your ticket into the chili tent gives you the chance to taste test ten different chilis.
“It’s a ballot that you will vote for your favourite meat chili with, and your favourite vegetarian chili.” (File Photo)
